Seperation of Branches of Government Act 2018
Ensures the independence and integrity of the Legislative and Executive branches of government within the ComIntern

Article I – Short Title
This act may be cited as the Separation Act 2017, or as the SBGA
For the purposes of this Act, this document may be referred to as the Principal Act.
Article II – Executive - Legislative Positions
No person who holds a position in the Executive may stand for election to the Politburo
A sitting member of the Politburo may be appointed to a position in the Executive without having to resign their seat, however, no more than 33% of the members of the Politburo may serve in the Executive at any given time.
Article III – Schedule
The principal act shall come into force immediately upon receiving a majority vote of approval in the Politburo of The Communist International and being approved by the Chairman.
